Shipping & Returns


We are happy to ship anywhere within the continental United States.  Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order date.  You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

In-Store and Online Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you enjoy your purchase, however we do understand if you need to return or exchange an item.

Full-price merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 21 days of purchase date.  The Red Balloon does not issue refunds.  After 21 days of the purchase date, all sales are final. All returned items should be accompanied by an original receipt and must be unworn, unwashed, and in saleable condition with all tags attached.  Items that do not meet this criteria will be denied. All sale and discount items are final sale. Special orders are final sale.  

Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Items purchased online can be returned by mail or in-store drop off.  If returning in-store, items must have original invoice. The Red Balloon is not responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost packages. It is recommended to use package tracking and insurance for your returns. A store credit or exchange will be processed within 7 days after returned merchandise is received. 

All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized.  Please Contact Us or fill out the form below with your full name, contact information, order number, and details about the item(s) you would like to send back.
